Lollipop Chicken Wings

  • 10 lb. Chicken Wings
  • 2 Cups Sambal Oelek Chili Sauce
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 lb. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Rice Wine
  • Optional Korean BBQ Sauce

Procedure

1. Brine chicken wings in sambal oelek chili sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and rice wine overnight.

2. Bake chicken wings at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until cooked 90%.

3.Deep fry chicken wings until golden brown.

4.Toss chicken wings in Korean BBQ sauce.

5. Enjoy !
