Chicken Dry Rub

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Ground Coriander
  • 1/4 Cup Ground Coffee
  • 50 Chicken Legs


Marinate chicken legs overnight with Chicken Dry Rub

Roast in oven next day for 15 minutes at 350 degrees

Finish on the grill while basting with your favorite BBQ sauce

Serve with a side of coleslaw
